A LOOK AT A SILLY PIECE OF REED UFO FRAUD 'EVIDENCE'

E-Mail From Dan Iaria Alleged Tracking Device Implanted In Tooth of "Dr.Reed", Tracking Device Was Common Diode

Since this UFO fraud surfaced back in November 1998, no thanks to late night radio host Art Bell, a lot of so-called evidence has been made public by the various "Dr.Reed" supporters. But one piece of evidence was quickly removed from Dan Iaria's website after UFOWATCHDOG.COM exposed it. Since then, the true identity of "Dr.Reed" was uncovered in an exclusive story.

In April of 2001, Dan Iaria was sent a series of e-mails from someone named Adam Thrawn. While it is uncertain as to who Thrawn is at this time, though he has recently sent correspondence to UFOWATCHDOG.COM, the content of one particular e-mail sent to Thrawn from Iaria was very interesting and recalled a piece of evidence that appeared at Iaria's website. At first, Thrawn was supportive of the case of "Dr.Reed". Thrawn stated in an e-mail, "It all looked very impressive...the photos and video, the book, the evidence."

But after discovering the many facts about this case at UFOWATCHDOG.COM, Thrawn became quite skeptical, "I saw all this crap about those guys working at the gas station and Dan told me in an e-mail that it wasn't important! I just couldn't believe it. I sent Dan an e-mailing telling him the case was bullshit and he told me he wasn't going to hold my hand. Whatever that was suppose to mean."

Before that however, Thrawn had recieved the following e-mail from Iaria:

Thanks for your support and take care,

UFOWATCHDOG.COM received the web addresses above from another source and decided to check out what the contents were. On one page there were pictures of a tooth and what was claimed to be a "military grade" transmitter used to track movement. The story, found on another page, was that "Dr.Reed" (who we now know is actually John Bradley Rutter) had been kidnapped by the "Dark Side" government bad guys and the transmitter was planted in one of his teeth. After looking at the photos of the alleged tooth and transmitter, it was pretty obvious this was yet another deception in an already growing mountain of lies haunting this case.

ABOVE: LEFT: Picture as taken from Alien Destiny.com of alleged transmitter and the tooth alleged to have come out of "Dr.Reed's" mouth. RIGHT: Photo as taken from Alien Destiny.com showing alleged transmitter.

After viewing the picture from Iaria's website, UFOWATCHDOG.COM became rather suspicious of the tooth, especially considering that a dentist advised that it did not appear to be a real tooth of any kind. And the alleged "transmitter" (pictured left as taken from iaria's website) looked like a familiar piece of electronic equipment.

After posting for responses as to the identity of what the transmitter was, a number of responses were sent. After doing a bit of homework and picture matching, it turned out the alleged "military grade" transmitter was nothing more than a simple diode. Here's what some folks had to say...

Carl R. Osterwald writes... The photo of the "government tracking tooth implant" on the Reed update page is quite humorous. It is nothing more than a commercial discrete p-n junction diode in a glass case, with one lead cut off. You can tell it is a diode because of the black polarity band on one end. Portions of the part identifier are also visible on the left side, where you can see two zeros. This is most likely a 1N4001, a very common electronic part. It is available from many suppliers, including your local RadioShack.

Tavis writes... looks more like a diode to me with one end cut...

Stephen Rodda writes... Looks like a common commercial grade electronic axial "general purpose diode" probably a 1N914... note polarity band on the right end, and component leads on both ends (clipped off- one longer than the other).

Indeed, the "military grade" tracking device had been identifed. Look below...

ABOVE: Left - a 1N4148 diode. On the right - the alleged "tracking device".

After this information appeared at UFOWATCHDOG.COM, the page on Iaria's website about this bogus piece of evidence simply disappeared and can no longer be viewed. Other pages from Iara's website have also been taken down recently after the true identity of "Dr.Reed" had been exposed.
